摘要
为了筛选杨树上潜在的生物能源油脂真菌,对5种杨树的健康树皮、韧皮部、边材和叶片真菌组织进行分离和鉴定,并检测了菌丝和孢子内含油脂。结果表明,试验共分离4 674块组织,得到真菌菌落4 501个,占分离组织总数的96.3%,细菌菌落173个,占3.7%。其中非产油脂真菌菌落4 043个,占89.8%;产油脂菌落458个,占整个菌落总数的10.2%。根据真菌的形态特征进行鉴定,其隶属于接合菌门、担子菌门和半知菌亚门10属,80%为半知菌亚门的真菌,其中,腐皮镰刀菌是一株高产油脂的真菌。产油脂真菌的出现与杨树种类和季节无相关性,而与真菌种类有关系。
In order to screen some potential oleous fungi,fungus tissue of healthy bark,phloem,sapwood and leaf from five Populus were isolated,and detection mycelia and grease content in spore.The results showed that there were 4 501 fungus colonies from 4 674 poplar tissues,accounting for about 96.3%,and bacteria col-onies accounting for 3 .7%.Among of them,no-oleous fungal colonies were 4 043 ,accounting for 89 .8%,and oleous fungal colonies were 45 8 ,accounting for 1 0 .2%.The authentication results of oleous fungals by morpho-logical characteristics showed that,these oleous fungals belonged to Zygomycota,Basidiomycota and Deuteromy-cotina,and 80% of them belonged to imperfect fungi.Among them,Fusarium solani was a fungus with high oil yield.No correlation between the fat producing fungi appeared and Populus species and seasonal,but correlated to the fungal species.
