摘要
α-细辛脑是天南星科植物石菖蒲的主要成份之一,其具有利胆、降血脂、解痉平喘、止咳祛痰、抗菌消炎、抗癫痫、抗支气管炎等作用。文章主要介绍了几种α-细辛脑化学合成工艺的基本机理、制备方法以及其发展前景,并结合作者的研究提出一些的建议和设想。
α-asarone is the major composition in acorus tatarinowii. It has the function of cholagogic, fall hematic fat, spasmolysis and asthma, cough expectorant, antibacterial diminish inflammation, fight epilepsy, fight function of bronchitis.In this paper , the basic principle, chemical preparation method, and developing trends were of α-asarone were elaborated. Simultaneously,some suggestions and ideas were proposed.
