摘要
利用Gleeble-3500热变形模拟试验机研究了含铌和不含铌两种低碳钢奥氏体的变形及动态回复再结晶。不同参数的平面应变单道次压缩试验结果表明,铌通过在钢中固溶或析出第二相粒子可有效抑制奥氏体变形及动态回复再结晶。此外,降低变形温度或增大应变速率均不利于动态再结晶的发生。
The austenite dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization of two kinds of low-carbon steels microalloyed with Nb were studied in compression tests on Gleeble-3500 simulator. The single-pass compression tests show that the austenite dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization are mainly retarded by Nb. And it is difficult for dynamic recrystallization to take place when the deformation temperature is lower or the strain rate is higher.
