摘要
该文以江西财经职业学院旅游管理专业为案例,对旅游管理专业"岗课证直通、多维立体"的人才培养模式的内涵和实施措施进行了探讨,提出旅游管理专业人才培养模式的设计要体现服务于地方经济社会发展的特色需要,与地方旅游产业的发展高度融合,才能办出特色与活力。
This paper, taking the tourism management specialty of Jiangxi Vocational College of Finance and Economics as an example,discusses the connotation and implementation measures of talents training mode of ＂Be multidimensional with position, course and certificate consistent＂ for tourism management specialty, proposes that the design of talents cultivation mode of tourism management specialty should reflect the characteristic of serving for the local economic and social development and should be consistent with the development of local tourism industry, only in this way, can the unique and vitality be highlighted.
