摘要 针对一起330 k V电容式电压互感器(CVT)运行中二次电压异常的故障,采用现场试验检查和返厂解体的查找手段,查明造成CVT二次电压异常的原因是由于电磁单元一次部分保护用避雷器绝缘下降所致。结合设备历史运行数据,对CVT电容器和电磁单元常规检查和试验结果进行分析比对,给出了判断方法和结论,提出CVT二次电压异常的排查方法和流程,给出了相关的建议,并对加强在网运行CVT的状态监测提出了具体措施。 As for the abnormality of secondary voltage of 330 kV capacitor voltage transformer (CVT) in operation, it is checked clearly by way of site inspection and disassembly at factory that the cause for such abnormality is due to insulation strength reduction of arrester for primary part protection of electromagnetic unit. The normal inspection and test result of the CVT capacitor and electromagnetic unit are analyzed and compared. The judgment method and conclusion are given. Also elimination method and procedure on abnormality of secondary voltage of CVT are proposed; corresponding suggestion are provided; and the specific measures on strengthening condition monitoring of CVT in operation in network are also proposed.
