摘要
结合ISO/IEC 17025《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》,阐述了管理机制、预警及改进机制建立中应注意的问题,指出可从人员、设备、设施与环境条件、样品、方法等方面加强煤炭检测实验室的内部管理,通过建立完善的质量管理体系以控制实验室管理中的关键环节,提高煤炭检测实验室的工作质量及实验室的市场竞争力。
Combining with the ISO/IEC 17025 ＂ General Requirement for the Competence of Test and Calibration Lab＂,this paper demonstrated the problems which need to be noticed in establishment of management mechanism,early warning and improvement mechanism,it was also indicated that we could enhance the internal management of laboratory from aspects such as staff,equipment,facilities,environmental conditions,samples and methods.Through establishment of improved quality management system,the key part of laboratory management could be controlled,therefore,the working quality of coal testing laboratory could be enhanced,as well as the market competitive power.
