摘要
目的探讨高频彩色多频勒超声对小儿肠套叠的诊断及其在临床中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年1月—2013年10月在笔者所在医院经临床证实的肠套叠患者37例,分析其声像图特点。结果 37例患者经临床证实均诊断为肠套叠,超声检查均有肠套叠"同心圆征"、"套筒征"特征性声像图改变。结论高频彩色多普勒超声能够准确、方便、快捷对小儿肠套叠做出诊断,为临床医师制定治疗方案提供帮助。
Objective To discuss the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intussusception of children and its clinical application. Methods Retrospective analysis on author＇s hospital clinically proven ＇37 children cases of intussusception,and their ultrasonographic characteristics was made. Results The 37 cases were confirmed by clinical diagnosis of intussusception;ultrasonography showed intussusception characteristic sonographic changes as ＂concentric circle sign＂ , ＂sleeve sign＂ at all. Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound can accurately,conveniently,fastly make the diagnosis of intussusception in children,thus provide the help to clinical doctor for making treatment plan.
