摘要
目的探讨胸部叩击及气流震荡叠加主动周期性呼吸手法治疗肺部感性疾病的效果,填补主动周期性呼吸在相关研究中的空白,为治疗肺部感染性疾病提供更为有效的方法。方法选取医院2012年6月-2013年6月收治的肺部感染性疾病患者60例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组患者采用传统的背部叩击及机械排痰方式进行治疗,观察组患者采用胸部叩击及气流震荡叠加主动周期性呼吸进行治疗,对两组患者的疗效进行对比和分析。结果对照组患者经治疗后痊愈12例,总有效率为40.00%,观察组痊愈25例,总有效率为83.33%;退热时间对照组为(3.10±1.20)d,观察组为(2.10±1.00)d;使用抗菌药物时间对照组为(7.30±2.50)d,观察组为(5.10±2.00)d;住院时间对照组为(10.10±4.30)d,观察组为(7.90±3.60)d,两组患者在总有效率、退热时间、使用抗菌药物时间和住院时间方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸部叩击及气流震荡叠加主动周期性呼吸改善了肺部感染性疾病患者的肺部血液循环,增强了患者的呼吸运动,患者体内的异常分泌物和痰液有效得到排除,明显减少了患者退热时间、使用抗菌药物时间和住院时间,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,值得临床推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate effect of the chest percussion and airflow turbulence superimposed active periodic breathing techniques in treating pulmonary infections and to fill the gaps in the related research on active periodic breathing so as to provide more effective methods for curing pulmonary infectious diseases.METHODS A total of 60 cases of patients with pulmonary infectious diseases were selected from Jun.2012 to Jun.2013 in the hospital.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to a random number table with 30 cases for each.The control group was treated with traditional back percussion and mechanical expectoration way,the observation group was treated with chest percussion and airflow turbulence superimposed active periodic breathing treatment,the efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.RESULTS In the control group,12 cases of patients were healed after the treatment,the total effective rate was40.00%;the observation group had healed 25 cases,the total effective rate was 83.33%;the average time of bringing down fever was(3.10±1.20)days in the control group and was(2.10±1.00)days in the observation group;the average time for the use of antimicrobial drugs was(7.30±2.50)days in the control group,and in the observation group,the time was(5.10±2.00)days;the average length of stay was(10.10±4.30)days in the control group,and it was(7.90±3.60)days in the observation group.There were differences in the total effective rate,the average cooling time,the average time of using antibiotics and average length of stay in the two groups of patients.The difference was significant(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONChest percussion and superimposed active periodic breathing can improve blood circulation in the lungs of patients with pulmonary infectious diseases,and enhance the patient′s respiratory motion;patient′s abnormal secretions and sputum can effectively be ruled out.A significant reduction was realized to the patient′s cooling time,the use of antimicrobial drugs and hospital stay.The method is with good economic and social benefits,and worthy of clinical use.
