摘要
分析了地浸采铀应用水源热泵技术的优势。以内蒙古某CO2+O2地浸采铀工程为例,对浸出液的腐蚀性和结垢性进行分析,指出弱碱性浸出液不宜直接作为水源热泵机组的低温水源。同时对水源热泵的低温水源接入点设置方案进行了分析,确定了在线取热的热泵工作流程。通过水源热泵系统的效益分析,表明水源热泵机组在CO2+O2地浸采铀工程中有很好的应用前景。
The advantages of water source heat pump technology to in-situ leaching of uranium are analyzed.By a engineering of CO2+O2 in-situ leaching of uranium in Inner Mongolia,showed that the lixivium can not be used to water source heat pump units directly.Through the analysis of low-temperature water access point settings,determined the workflow of the water source heat pump using lixivium.The benefit analysis showed that water source heat pump technology has good prospects in CO2+O2 in-situ leaching of uranium.
