摘要
目的探讨多酶清洗剂用于妇产科手术器械清洗的临床效果,为临床清洗妇产科手术器械选择适宜方法。方法选取妇产科手术后器械1 000份,随机分为两组,每组包括腹腔镜器械200件和宫腔镜、剖宫产器械以及接生器械各100件,所有器械均采用供应室一体化运作管理,由课题组成员统一清洗、检测,其中对照组用普通软肥皂液清洗,观察组用多酶清洗剂溶液浸泡清洗,分别采用目测法和隐血试验对两组器械清洗合格率进行评价。结果器械清洁效果以目测法评价洁净率,观察组为94.60%、对照组为61.00%,观察组明显高于对照组;器械隐血检测阳性率,观察组为3.40%、对照组为47.00%,观察组明显低于对照组;观察组剖宫产器械以及接生器械洁净率,分别为90.00%、90.00%,明显低于腹腔镜、宫腔镜器械的97.50%、98.00%,而隐血检测阳性率为8.00%、7.00%,明显高于腹腔镜和宫腔镜器械的1.00%,上述比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用多酶清洗剂对妇产科手术器械进行清洗较普通清洗剂清洗合格率高,减少了器械的磨损和腐蚀,从而有利于延长器械的使用寿命。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects of the multi-enzyme detergent on cleaning surgical instruments in the obstetric and gynecologic department so as to choose appropriate methods for cleaning obstetric and gynecologic surgical instruments. METHODS Totally 1000 instruments after gynecologic surgery were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups, each including 200 laparoscopie instruments and hysteroscopes, equipment for cesarean delivery and delivery instruments of each 100. All instruments were managed by the integrated opera- tion system of the supply room, and were uniformly cleaned and tested by the research members. The control group was cleaned with ordinary soft soap and water, while the observation group was soaked and cleaned with the multi-enzyme detergent solution. The visual method and the occult blood test were used to evaluate the pass rate for the two groups. RESULTS The cleanliness rate by the visual method was 94.60% iff the observation group, significantly higher than 61.00% in the control group. The positive rate by the occult blood test was 3.40% in the observation group, significantly lower than 47.00%in the control group. The cleanliness rate was 90.00% for equipment for cesarean delivery and 90. 00% for delivery instruments, significantly lower than 97. 50% for laparoscopes and 98.00% for hysteroscopy devicesl while the positive rate by the occult blood test was 8.00% for equipment for cesarean delivery and 7.00% for hysteroscopy devices, significantly higher than 1.00% for both laparoscopes and hysteroscopy devices. These differences were significant (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION The use of multi-enzyme detergent for cleaning surgical instruments for gynecology and obstetrics achieves higher clean pass rate than ordinary cleaning agents and reduces equipment abrasion and corrosion, thus helping to extend the useful life of the instrument.
