乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族、汉族低出生体重儿脐血甲状腺激素水平的变化

Changes of thyroid hormones levels in umbilical cord blood of low birth weight infants of Han nationality and Uyghur nationality in Urumchi

摘要 目的:通过检测乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族、汉族低出生体重儿脐血血清总甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、总甲状腺素(T4)及促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平,探讨T3、T4及TSH水平对胎儿生长发育的影响。方法:应用电化学发光法测定23例维吾尔族和24例汉族低出生体重儿脐血血清T3、T4及TSH水平,并与同期在该产科出生的68例正常出生体重儿脐血血清T3、T4及TSH水平进行比较。结果 :维吾尔族低出生体重儿平均体重低于汉族低出生体重儿平均体重(P<0.05);维吾尔族低出生体重儿脐血血清T3、T4水平低于汉族低出生体重儿脐血血清T3、T4水平(P<0.05);维吾尔族、汉族低出生体重儿脐血血清T3、T4水平均低于正常出生体重儿脐血血清T3、T4水平(P<0.05),其脐血血清TSH水平均高于正常出生体重儿脐血血清TSH水平(P<0.05);维吾尔族与汉族正常出生体重儿脐血血清T3、T4水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但脐血血清TSH水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :新生儿甲状腺功能与出生体重有关,甲状腺激素水平低下可能是发生低出生体重儿的原因之一。 Objective: To explore the effects of triiodothyronine ( T3 ) , thyroxine ( T4 ) and thyroid stimulating hormone ( TSH ) levels on fetal growth and development by detecting serum levels of T3, T4 and TSH in umbilical cord blood of low birth weight infants of Han nationality and Uyghur nationality in Urumchi. Methods: Electrochemical luminescence was used to detect serum levels of T3 , T4 and TSH in umbilical cord blood of 47 low birth weight infants of Han nationality and Uyghur nationality, then the results were compared with serum levels of T3 , T4 and TSH in umbilical cord blood of 68 normal birth weight infants during the same period. Results: The normal weight of low birth weight infants of Uyghur nationality was statistically significantly lower than that of low birth weight infants of Han nationality ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the serum levels of T3 and T4 in umbilical cord blood of low birth weight infants of Uyghur nationality were statistically significantly lower than those of low birth weight infants of Han nationality ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the serum levels of T3 and T4 in umbilical cord blood of low birth weight infants of Uyghur nationality and Han nationality were statistically significantly lower than those of normal birth weight infants of Uyghur nationality and Han nationality ( P 〈 0.05 ), the serum levels of TSH in umbilical cord blood of low birth weight infants of Uyghur nationality and Han nationality were statistically significantly higher than those of normal birth weight infants of Uyghur nationality and Han nationality ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; there was no statistically significant difference in serum levels of T3 and T4 in umbilical cord blood between the normal birth weight infants of Uyghur nationality and the normal birth weight infants of Han nationality ( P 〉 0. 05 ), but there was statistically significant difference in serum level of TSH ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion: Thyroid function of neonates is correlated with birth weight, low thyroid hormones levels may be one reason of low birth weight infants.
