挤出加工对茂金属聚乙烯结构与性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了中试与工业化生产茂金属聚乙烯的基本结构性能、热性能、支化结构,讨论了多次挤出对其结构与性能的影响。结果表明,茂金属聚乙烯粉料多次挤出后羰基含量上升,部分RCHCH2基团受热机械作用转变为R1R2CCH2,发生了一定程度的氧化交联,造成熔体流动速率下降。与茂金属聚乙烯粉料直接吹膜相比,挤出加工后样品制得薄膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率降低,雾度、落镖冲击质量变化不明显,直角撕裂强度增大,鱼眼明显增多。 The basic structure and properties, thermal properties and branching struc- tures of metallocene polyethylene obtained from pilot plant and industrial production were studied. The effect of multiple extrusions on their structures and properties was dis cussed. The results show that carbonyl groups content of metallocene polyethylene increa- ses after multiple extrusions. Part of RCH ~ CHz groups transform to R^ReC--CH~ due to thermal mechanical work. Melt flow index drops because of a certain degree of oxida tion crosslinking. The tensile strength and elongation at break of the film made from metallocene polyethylene powder after extrusion processing decrease compared with those of blown films obtained from metallocene polyethylene powder. The changes of haze and falling dart impact ctrength are not obvious. Right angle tear strength increases. Fish eye increases obviously.
