摘要
文章以弗鲁姆的期望理论为基础,分别从努力-成绩、成绩-奖励、奖励-需求三个环节分析了企业参与职业教育与培训激励不足的原因。根据期望理论解决企业参与职业教育与培训动机强度不高的问题,必须抓住三个关键环节,由此,文章从合同激励、评估激励、奖励激励这三个关键的激励环节出发,提出了激励企业参与职业教育与培训的有效对策。
Based on Forum's expectation theory, separately from the effort in academic achievement, reward, reward- demand three links analyzed reasons of enterprises to participate in the occupation education and training motivation deficiency.
