摘要
当前,中小学利用信息技术推进教学改革出现了一些乱象和误区,其实质是没有理解教学是一个复杂的生态系统。信息技术支持教学变革具有复杂性、人文性和规律性等主要特征,因此,应加强顶层设计;要重视传统,并学会利用传统来创新;要特别重视均衡和公平;要准备大量的配套资源;要以改善学与教的方式为重点。
At present there appear some chaos and misunderstanding in the utilization of information technology to promote teaching reform in primary and middle schools. The reason tles in the failure to realize that teaching is a complex ecological system. Utilizing information technology to support teaching reform has main characteristics like complexity, humanity and regularity. Therefore, we should strengthen the top - level design. We should attach great importance to the tradition and learn to use the tradition to innovate. We should pay special attention to the balanced development and fairness and prepare a large number of supporting resources. Beside, we should focus on improving the way of learning and teaching.
