摘要
采用一种以水射流作为细长轴车削加工过程中的辅助支撑的新方法来改善细长轴在车削加工中的弯曲变形,进而提高工件的加工精度。并分别研究了在有水射流和无水射流加工条件下细长轴的直线度、圆柱度以及粗糙度。研究结果表明了水射流辅助支撑不仅有效的减小了细长轴车削加工过程中的弯曲变形,而且也改善了细长轴的圆柱度和表面粗糙度。
In this paper, water jet was selected as the auxiliary support to improve the machining accuracy and enhance the machining precision of the workpiece due to the fact that slender shaft easily deformed during the turning process. The straightness, cylindricity and roughness of slender shafts were also studied during the turning processes with and without water jet, respectively. The results indicated that water jet auxiliary support played an important role to prevent the bending deformation of slender axle and improve the cylindricity and surface roughness of slender shaft.
