摘要
磷铁是一种热法制磷及钙镁磷肥等生产过程中的副产物。磷矿资源愈加枯竭,因此合理回收利用磷化工产生的大量磷铁副产物便日渐重要。在简述磷铁的理化性质及磷铁利用现状的基础上,详细阐述了利用副产磷铁生产磷酸盐和氧化铁红、利用副产磷铁开发能源材料以及从磷铁副产中提取高价值金属3个方面的最新研究进展。最后,重点分析了磷铁综合利用的技术难点和限制因素,针对磷铁利用工艺所存在的问题提出了相应的思路和建议。
Ferrophosphorus is a kind of by-product from the produetion process of phosphorus or FCMP by thermal method. Nowadays, phosphate rock resources are increasingly exhausted, therefore, the recovery and utilization of the t^rrophosphorus by-product in phosphorus chemical industry are more and more significant as well.Based on a brief introduction of the physical and chemical properties of ferrophosphorus and its current utilization situation,three latest research progresses of tbrrophosphorus utilization,such as preparation of phosphate and Fe203,preparation of energy materials,and extraction of valuable elements, were outlined in detail.At last, the technical difficulties and limiting factors of comprehensive utilization of ferrophosphorus were expounded.Meanwhile, some corresponding counter measures and suggestions were put tbrward in order to solve the existing problems in the recovery of ferrophosphorus.
