Hedgehog信号通路对肿瘤脉管新生调控的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路是在研究果蝇基因中发现的一条参与胚胎发育、进化比较保守的信号通路。脊椎动物包括3种Hedgehog同源基因:Sonic hedgehog(Shh),Indian hedgehog(Ihh)和Desert hedgehog(Dhh),其中以Shh表达多见。
