摘要
随着现代雷达技术的发展,数字波束形成(DBF)体制在雷达系统占据越来越重要的位置,多通道小型化接收机、高稳定频率合成等技术为DBF体制雷达的发展奠定了技术基础。文中分析了一种X波段DBF体制接收系统的设计方案,重点讨论了四个关键技术:动态范围的确定、多路小型化接收通道和频率合成器没计、激励源输出信号杂散噪声分析。文中设计的X波段接收系统,已达到预期性能指标及技术要求,其相关技术可推广应用至其他频段雷达接收系统。
With the development of modern radar technology, digital beam forming (DBF) system is playing more and more impor- tant role in radar field, the technologies of mini-multichannel receiver, high stability synthesizer, ete, provide a technique founda- tion for DBF-system radar. Design methods of a X-band DBF receiver are analyzed in the paper, four key technologies of receiver are discussed: determination of dynamic range, design of miniaturized multiehannel receiver and synthesizer and analysis for stray and noise of excitation. The X-band receiver has shown prospective performance and reached the technical requirements. Its tech- nology can be widely used in the radar receiver with other frequency bands.
