摘要 Wnt信号通路通过对胚胎期软骨的发育和出生后软骨的发生、成骨细胞以及破骨细胞的生成、骨折修复等过程进行调节,而起到调节骨系统疾病和骨代谢的作用。Wnt/B-catenin通路与骨关节炎有着紧密的联系,且Wnt/B-catenin通路同时也是维持关节软骨的稳定的重要因素。 Wnt signal access has the functions of regulating bony system diseases and bony metabolism by adjusting chondral growth during embryo period, chondral development after birth, formation of osteoblast and ostoeclast, fracture recovery and healing. There is a close relationship between Wnt/β-catenin access and osteoarthritis. What' s more, Wnt/β-catenin access is an important factor which keeps joints chondral stability.
