摘要
目的:观察采用天蚕片(面正康)联合透针治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用天蚕片(面正康)联合透针治疗,对照组采用单一的透针疗法治疗,两组均以10 d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为82.5%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组在额纹深浅、眼裂大小、鼻唇沟变浅、口角歪斜、食留残渣等5项指标自身积分差值的改善与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:采用天蚕片(面正康)联合透针治疗周围性面神经麻痹疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Tian can tables（ facial orthopraxy recovery） combined with pointpenetrating method on peripheral facial nerve paralysis. Methods： 80 patients with peripheral facial nerve paralysis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with facial orthopraxy recovery combined with point-penetrating method,while the ones in the control group were only given point-penetrating treatment. Both regarded 10 days as a course. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%,while that of the control group was 82. 5%,and the difference between them had significance（ P〈0. 05）; In terms of the improvement of self discrepancy score value of such 5 indexed as depth of frontal part wrinkles,degrees of eye brisement,nasolabial sulcus＇ becoming shallow,distortion angle of mouth,and the left dregs of food,the differences between the treatment group and the control group had significance（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Facial orthopraxy recovery combined with point-penetrating method has better clinical effect on peripheral facial nerve paralysis than singly use of point-penetrating method.
