摘要
对中德两国青少年足球人才培养体系进行比较发现:德国青少年足球人才培养采取体教结合、健全人格培养的模式,而我国培养途径单一,没有充分发挥学校在培养青少年足球人才方面的作用;德国建立了比较健全的各年龄段U系列青少年竞赛体系,并且建立了与职业联赛相一致的青少年联赛运行机制,而我国没有形成一个完整的竞赛体系;德国重视足球教练员培训以及继续培训,并且建立了相对完善的考核监督机制,而我国足球教练培训以及继续培训方面管理不够规范,没有建立严格的考核机制。
The paper compares the teenager football talent cultivation in China and Germany.The teenager football talent cultivation in Germany adopts sports and education integration model.The football association in Germany pays attention to the cooperation among local football association,club and school.The teenager football talent cultivation in China is monotonous and school is inactive in the teenager football athlete cultivation.Germany has established U type teenager competition of various ages and teenager league accorded with professional league.The teenager competition in China fails to have a complete competition system.Germany pays attention to coach training and continuing education management,and has a strict evaluation system.While in China,the coach training and continuing education management are not standard and there is no strict evaluation system.
