正交试验优选肿痛涂膜剂提取工艺

摘要 目的:用正交试验法优选肿痛涂膜剂的提取工艺,为其制备工艺、质量控制等提供理论依据。方法:以醇浸膏得率和大黄素、大黄酚总含量为考察指标,采用正交试验法对肿痛涂膜剂的提取工艺进行优化。结果:最佳醇提工艺为药材加70%乙醇提取2次,溶剂用量分别为10倍、8倍药材量,溶剂提取时间1.5 h、1 h。结论:经正交试验优选的肿痛涂膜剂的提取工艺简便、可靠、重复性佳,可为工业化生产提供理论依据。 Objective :To optimize the extraction process of swelling-pain coating agent by orthogonal experiment, in order to provide the theoretical basis for preparation process and quality control etc. Methods:Taking the extraction rate of ethanol extract and the total contents of emodin and chrysophanol as the assessment indexes, the extraction process of swelling-pain coating agent was optimized by orthogonal experiment. Results:The optimium extraction process of ethanol was as follows:crude drugs plus 70% ethanol were extracted twice;the used solvent a- mounts were respectively 10,8 times of crude drugs volumes ;solvent extraction time is 1.5 h,1.0 h. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process of swelling-pain coating agent is simple, convenient and reliable, and has a good repeatability. It can provide the theoretical basis for industrialized production.
