温度对烟粉虱亚洲Ⅱ3隐种实验种群生命参数的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过观察烟粉虱亚洲Ⅱ3隐种(Bemisia tabaci AsiaⅡ3)在6种不同温度(18、21、24、27、30、33℃)条件下生长发育情况,探索了不同温度下烟粉虱亚洲Ⅱ3隐种种群参数.结果表明,在18~30℃范围内烟粉虱亚洲Ⅱ3隐种完成一个世代所需时间随温度的升高而明显缩短,由18℃的45.5d缩短到30℃的26.6 d;24~27℃为烟粉虱产卵的最适温区,27℃时的产卵量最大,达203.75粒,在此温区其发育速率加快,内禀增长力(rm)和净增殖率(R0)随着温度的升高而提高,在27℃时达到最大,分别为0.16和82.3. The experimental population parameters of Bemisia tabaci Asia Ⅱ3 were studied by investigating the growth and development under 6 temperatures (18, 21, 24, 27, 30 and 33 ℃). The results showed that, with the rising of temperature, the generation durations of B. tabaci Asia Ⅱ3 were shortened from 45.5 d at 18 ℃ to 26.6 d at 30 ℃. The most suitable temperature for laying eggs was between 24 ℃ and 27 ℃, with a maximum number of 203.75 eggs at 27 ℃ ; moreover, with the rising of temperature, the developmental rate was speeded up, and the innate capacity of increase (rm) and the net reproduction rate(R0 ) were both increased, reaching the maximum of 0.16 and 82.3 at 27 ℃.
