摘要
针对钢铁企业生产过程中物流优化问题,从全流程的角度对其进行了研究,建立了混合整数规划模型,以使钢铁企业的物流成本、库存费用及产能损失最优化。最后以天津钢管集团股份有限公司为例,对模型进行了验证。结果表明,提出的混合整数规划模型是可行有效的,能够为解决实际问题提供一定的参考。
In this paper, in view of the issues in the production logistics optimization of steel-making enterprises, we established a hybrid integer programming model to optimize the logistics cost, inventory cost and capacity loss of the enterprises, and then in connection with the practical case of Tianjin Steel Pipe Group Stock Co., Ltd., verified the effectiveness of the model.
