摘要 针对某单位电装调试车间生产管理的功能需求,分析了集成环境下电装调试车间生产管理的现状,建立了B/S模式的系统框架,开发了电装车间调试管理系统,实现了电装调试车间的自动化、数字化和规范化管理,并对电装调试车间生产能力进行有效控制,提高了电装调试车间生产效率,降低了生产成本。系统已经在某集团某单位试运行,系统运行良好,有效解决了电装调试车间的管理问题,并得到用户的一致好评。 In response to the functional requirements of electronic assembly debugging workshop management in an enterprise, the paper analyzes actuality of electronic assembly debugging workshop management under the integrated environment, estab- lishes the system framework of B/S mode, exploits an electronic assembly workshop debugging management system so that the electronic assembly debugging workshop automation, digitization and standardized management is accomplished. It can give ef- fect control to electronic assembly debugging workshop's production capacity and improves the efficiency of electronic assembly debugging workshop production as well as reducing the production cost. After the commissioning in a certain department of a company, the system works well, which effectively solves the management problems of electronic assembly debugging workshop, and gains good reputation among the users.
