摘要 以丙烯酸(AA)、对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)和一种含亲水性长链的烯类单体(APO)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成了共聚物缓凝剂BH。通过单因素法确定了单体的物质的量比n(AA)∶n(SSS)∶n(APO)为1∶1∶0.1,单体的质量分数为30%,引发剂加量为4%(质量分数),p H值为5,在80℃下反应14 h;利用红外光谱分析表征了聚合物结构。对加有缓凝剂BH的水泥浆的缓凝性能、温度敏感性、流变参数、游离液及抗压强度等进行了研究。结果表明,BH的使用温度范围广(90~170℃),且对温度不敏感,在170℃加量为2.75%时稠化时间为356 min;可以改善水泥浆的流变性,分散效果良好;对水泥石强度影响较小,有较好的抗盐性能。 Using acrylic acid(AA),sodium p-styrene sulfonate(SSS) and an alkylene monomer(with long hydrophilic chain)(APO)as raw materials,a terpolymer retardcr,BH.was synthesized through water solution polymerization,with ammonium persulfate as initiator.Using single factor analysis,the optimum molar ratio of these monomers was determined to be 1(AA):1(SSS):0.1(APO),the mass fraction of monomer's concentration 30%,the concentration of initiator,4%(m/m),pH 5,and reaction time at 80 ℃,14 hours.The molecular structure of the polymer was characterized by IR spcctroscopy.Cement slurries treated with BH were studied on their retarding performance,temperature sensitivity,rheology,free water and compressive strength.It showed that the BH can be used in a wide range of temperatures(90-170 ℃),and is not sensitive to temperature changes.At BH concentration of 2.75%and170 ℃,the BH-treated cement slurry has a thickening time of 356 min.The addition of BH improves the rheology of cement slurry,and has little,if any.effect on the strength of set cement.Cement slurries treated with BH can be used in salt concentrations of up to16%.
