摘要 柔性微电极为电子系统与生物组织间提供一个信息交换界面。主要详述了不同设计的神经微电极,比如筛状电极、卡夫电极、螺旋电极及剑状和针形电极等,并且比较和讨论了它们的分类、结构以及特点。 Flexible microelectrode provides an information interchange interface between electronic systems and biological tissue. Neural microelectrode of different designs like sieve,cuff,helix,shaft,needle electrodes are explained in detail. Classification,structures,and characteristic are compared and discussed.
