摘要
多元学科背景的教师培养模式是国际汉语教师队伍可持续发展的必由之路。山东大学"教育学双学位"模式是综合类院校培养复合型国际汉语教师的一种新途径,该项目给我们的启示是:(1)国际汉语教师的培养要以核心课程为纲,无需面面俱到;(2)核心课程的可操作性要强,主要以汉语语言学和教育学知识为主,重视第二语言教学观摩的示范作用和海外实习的实践作用;(3)要确保有培养潜力的学生得到深造的机会,降低人才流失率;(4)学生在第二语言教学和研究中要充分发挥其多元学科背景的方法论优势,突破思维定势;(5)毕业论文的形式灵活多样,有效调动学生科研的积极性;(6)多元学科背景在一定程度上拓宽了学生的职业发展空间。
In response to increasing demands of qualified Chinese teachers and volunteers, it is the inevi- table course to train international Chinese teachers under the background of multiple disciplines. In my point of view, the "dual degree in education and other majors in liberal arts program" in Shandong Uni- versity is a new path, which is creative and successful. This program gives us many enlightenments : ( 1 ) We only need to provide the teacher training program with core courses. (2) These core courses consist of Chinese linguistics, pedagogy, teaching practiceat home and abroad, all of which must possess strong maneuverability. (3) We must ensure that students with high prospect have the opportunity to study fur- ther, preventing the loss of qualified Chinese teachers. (4) Students in dual degree program must take advantage of their multiple disciplines background in second language teaching and research. ( 5 ) The students' graduation thesis can be as flexible as possible. (6) The background of multiple disciplines can broaden the students' career development space to a certain extent.
