摘要
从知识管理流程角度考察467名职教师范生隐性知识获取、存储、分享、运用和创新情况,并比较各年级师范生的差异。结果显示,师范生充分肯定隐性知识的价值,不同年级师范生的表现存在差异,人际关系是影响隐性知识管理的重要因素。师范生在隐性知识管理上的障碍点主要表现为研究教学名师生活或成长史、参加专家教育讲座并做笔记、创作教育论文等的不足,这也是在职教师范生培养中需着力加强的方面。
467 students in vocational teacher education institutes were investigated on tacit knowledge acquisition, storage, sharing, utilization and innovation from the knowledge management process perspective. According to the results of comparing the difference between the each grade students, they fully affirmed the value of tacit knowledge; differences between different grade students' performance; interpersonal relationship was the important factor that affected tacit knowledge management. The main obstacle point on the tacit knowledge management of normal vocational education students was the absence of research teaching masters the growth, less to participate in the expert lectures on education and less writing education thesis. These were also what we should focus on to strengthen the normal training.
