摘要 针对白云鄂博西矿干选系统运行中存在的无法制动、料层过厚的问题,经观察研究及分析影响干选机工作效果的因素后发现,造成干选精、尾中矿石、废石相互混杂现象的主要原因是干选皮带机料层太厚,分选物料中磁性矿粒和非磁性矿粒夹杂严重。解决这个问题,目前可行的技改方案是改变干选机的给矿方式,即将干选给矿由振动给料器给到皮带上,使皮带上的物料薄而均匀,充分发挥干选系统的预选效果。 Since there are the problems that the dry separation system in West Mine of Baiyunebo Iron Mine is unable to break and bed of material is too thick in operations,the main causes for the phenomenon that ores and barren rocks in concentrate and tailings are mixed are the bed of material is too thick as well as magnetic particles and non- magnetic particles in material of sizing mix seriously through observing,studying and analyzing the factors influencing working effects of dry coal separator. In order to solve the problems,the feasible modification plan at present is to put ore on belt by vibratory feeder,which could make the material on belt thin and even so that the effects of preconcentration could be fully exerted.
