摘要
电动给水泵是火电机组的主要辅助设备之一,电泵油系统管路布置比较复杂,油系统进水后,如果处理方法不当,会增加很多工作量,延长电泵的退备时间。通过对油系统进水进行综合分析,提出了快速处理油系统进水的方法,及时恢复电泵备用,提高机组运行可靠性。
Electric water pump is one of the main auxiliary equipment of thermal power units, the piping system layout of electric pump oil system is more complex. Scientific method is needed to deal with water into the oil system. It will increase the processing time and workload, prolong standby time for the electric pump if the processing method is improper. Through the analysis and summary of the problem, a rapid method for water treatment oil system is proposed which would timely restore the electric pump standby time, and im- prove the operation reliability of the generating unit.
