摘要
针对德兴铜矿泗州选矿厂130立浮选机选矿工艺流程,研究球磨机给矿量扰动对浮选液位的影响,使用球磨机给矿量参数优化浮选液位控制,并在泗州选矿厂完成工业应用。实践表明,该算法对于球磨机给矿变化频繁的多浮选作业的液位控制非常有效。
Based on the characteristic of KYF- 130 flotation cell and the technical flow in the Dexing Copper Mine's Sizhou concentrator,the flotation liquid level was influenced by the ball mill feeding. This paper introduced the flotation liquid level was controlled by ball mill feeding optimization,and the industrial application working was finished in Sizhou concentrator. The practice information showed the frequent change flotation liquid level was efficiently controlled by changing the ball mill feeding.
