摘要
高脂饮食联合链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立2型糖尿病动物模型是一种常见的造模方法,该动物模型具有较重要的研究价值。本文拟就该模型作一综述。
The model of type 2diabetes mellitus（T2DM）was usually established by high-fat diet and streptozotocin treatment.T2 DM animals had important value on relevant research.In this paper,a brief review was made of the T2 DM animal model.
