摘要
目的分析和研究甲硝唑片联合苦参膜治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年10月～2014年8月细菌性阴道炎患者80例，将其按门诊挂号顺序随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各有患者40例。对照组患者给予甲硝唑片口服治疗；观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用苦参膜阴道置入治疗，将两组患者治疗结束后的近期、远期疗效进行对比。结果两组患者治疗结束后近期疗效相比较：观察组患者治疗2周后的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗结束后远期疗效相比较：观察组患者治疗1年内复发率低于对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论将甲硝唑片与苦参膜联合应用于细菌性阴道炎患者治疗中，其能够有效抑制细菌繁殖，促进溃疡面愈合，对提高疗效及患者生活质量均具有重要作用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and research Metronidazole Tablets combined with Matrinemembrane in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis. Methods From 2012 October -2014 year in August 80 cases ofbacterial vaginosis patients, according to clinic registration were divided into observation group and control group,each group has 40 patients. Patients in control group were treated with Metronidazole Tablets oral treatment; the observation group patients in the control group on the basis of treatment with Mat fine vaginal implantation in the treatment of membrane, were compared to the recent, long-term effect of the end of the two groups of patients after treatment. Results The end of the two group patients after the short- term efficacy compared to patients in the observation group： 2 weeks after treatment, the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Long term effect of the end of the two groups after treatment compared with patients in the observation group：treatment 1 years recurrence rate is lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Metronidazole Tablets and Sophora flavescens film joint used in the treatment of patients with bacterial sex vaginitis, it caneffectively inhibit bacterial reproduction, promote the healing of ulcer surface, all play an important role in improving the curative effect and the life quality of the patients.
