姜黄煎剂对血管内皮细胞损伤大鼠TNF-α及CRP的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Curcuma Decoction on Vascular Endothelial Cell Injury in TNF- alpha and CRP in Rats

摘要 目的:探讨姜黄煎剂对血管内皮细胞损伤大鼠肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响,旨在分析姜黄煎剂保护血管内皮细胞的应用价值。方法:选取90只成年雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为对照组,建模组以及姜黄煎剂组,每组30只,建模组和姜黄煎剂组大鼠建立血管内皮损伤模型。造模成功后,姜黄煎剂组给予姜黄煎剂(剂量100 mg/kg)灌胃治疗,建模组给予生理盐水(3 mg/d),对照组不做任何处理。干预的第3、7及14天对大鼠进行采血,观察TNF-α及C反应蛋白水平变化。结果:正常血管内为单层内皮细胞,建模组大鼠和姜黄煎剂组大鼠损伤处具有内皮脱落、内膜损伤及狭窄等情况。同对照组相比,建模组和姜黄煎剂组血清中TNF-α及CRP水平显著上升(P<0.05);但姜黄煎剂组血清TNF-α及CRP升高幅度小于建模组,并且在干预的第7天及第14天TNF-α及CRP释放受抑制,明显回落,同建模组相比,P<0.05,存在显著性差异。结论:姜黄煎剂能够降低血管内皮细胞损伤大鼠TNF-α含量,减少CRP表达,具有保护血管内皮细胞功能。 Objective:To investigate the curcuma Decoction on vascular endothelial cell injury in rats with tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF- alpha)and C reactive protein(CRP)effect,aims to analyze the application value of Curcumaprotect vascular endothelial cells. Methods:a total of 90 adult male Wistar rats,were randomly divided into control group,model group and Curcuma Decoctiongroup,30 rats in each group,to establish the model of vascular endothelial injurymodeling group and Curcuma rats. After the success of modeling,Curcuma Decoction group was given Curcuma(dose 100 mg/kg)gavage treatment,modeling group were treated with normal saline(3 mg/d),the control groupwithout any treatment. Intervention for 3 days,7 days and 14 days for blood in rats,to observe the changes of level of TNF- alpha and C reactive protein. Results:the normal intravascular for endothelial cell monolayer,Modeling Ratsand Curcuma rats with endothelial denudation injury,intimal injury and strictureetc.. Compared with control group,TNFincreased significantly the level of CRPalpha and modeling group and Curcuma in serum(P〈0.05);but the curcumagroup of serum TNF- and CRP increased the rate is less than the modelinggroup,and the seventh day and the 14 day in the intervention of TNF- alpha and CRP release was inhibited,dropped significantly,compared with the construction of module P〈0.05,there are significant differences. Conclusion:Curcuma decoction can reduce TNF- alpha in rat vascular endothelial cell injury,decreasethe expression of CRP,has the protection of vascular endothelial cell function.
