摘要
目的:探讨苍耳子所致不良反应的一般规律和特点。方法:利用中国知网期刊全文数据库(CNKI)检索1994年1月—2014年3月收载的中文医药卫生期刊,筛选苍耳子致不良反应105例,并查找原文,建立相关数据库进行统计、分析。结果:苍耳子所致不良反应中,其临床表现多样,以接触性皮炎最为常见,其次为消化系统、中枢及外周神经系统、心血管系统等。结论:临床应重视苍耳子所致不良反应。
Objective：To study the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR）induced by cocklebur fruit. Methods：The original articles of 105 cocklebur fruit-induced ADR cases reported in Chinese medical science journals during the period of Jan. 1994-Mar. 2014 were retrieved from CNKI and a related database was established for statistical analysis. Results：Of the 105 cocklebur fruitinduced ADR cases,the ADR cases induced by cocklebur fruit were diversified in clinical manifestation,but contact dermatitis was the most common type,followed by the lesion of digestive system,CNS and PNS and cardiovascular system,etc. Conclusion：Clinicians should attach great importance to the ADR induced by cocklebur fruit.
