摘要
目的:观察当归四逆汤加减结合贴敷对寒湿困脾型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组每组各40例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用当归四逆汤加减和穴位贴敷,两组连续治疗30 d后,观察临床综合效果、神经传导速度、血液流变学、血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标。结果:治疗组在临床综合效果、神经传导速度、血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标改善上均明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:当归四逆汤加减结合贴敷对于寒湿困脾型糖尿病周围神经病变明显提高临床治疗效果,优于传统西医单药治疗,值得大力推广。
Objective：To observe the effect of Danggui Sini Decoction combined with sticking to the diabetic peripheral neuropathy of cold-damp in spleen sydnrome. Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment and the treatment group added Danggui Sini Decoction and sticking points. Two groups were treated for 30 days. The comprehensive clinical effect was observed and nerve conduction velocity,blood rheology,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and other indicators were also observed. Results：The improvements in the indicator integrated clinical effect,nerve conduction velocity,blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Danggui Sini Decoction combined with sticking to the diabetic peripheral neuropathy of cold-damp in spleen can significantly improve the clinical outcomes,better than the traditional Western monotherapy. It is worthy of promoting.
