摘要
按照功分器组合法兰的结构工艺特点,提出了功分器组合法兰推孔工艺,把单柱校正压装液压机作为推孔设备,设计了双导柱及弹簧复位装置的推孔夹具及推刀,利用夹具的上引导套和组合法兰预孔实现推刀的上引导和下浮动引导,保证了推孔垂直度要求,实现了狭长法兰的多孔推削方法,较原工艺提高工效10倍。
A power divider combined flange hole push broaching technique is presented on basis of structural tech-nical characteristics of power divider combined flange. This technique refers to the single pole corrected pressing hydraulic press as a hole push broaching device, a hole push holding device and push broach with dual-guide-post and spring reset set is designed by using up pilot sleeve and combined flange prehole to implement up pilot and down floating pilot of push broach so as to ensure requirement for uprightness of hole push broaching and implement multihole push broaching on long and narrow flange. Using this technique can increase the work efficiency by 10 times as that of using original technique.
