摘要
分析了东北电网现有联络线关口调度模式的特点,根据东北电网风电发展情况及出力特性,提出东北电网统一调峰机制,并以2015年为目标水平年,重点研究了东北电网在两种调度模式下风电接纳情况及该机制对公司运营的影响。
The characteristics of tie-line dispatching of Northeast China Power Grid is analyzed,a integrate peaking mechanism in Northeast China Power Grid is proposed according to the condition of wind power development and output characteristics in Northeast China Power Grid. Taking condition of 2015 target as a standard,it focuses on wind power admission condition under the two scheduling models in Northeast China Power Grid and the influence to company running under this mechanism.
