摘要
目的探讨和分析慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎患者实施完桥式鼓室成形术治疗效果。方法研究对象为该院收治的28例慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎患者,对所选取的这28例患者实施完桥式鼓室成形术,在手术后对其结果进行观察,并在基础上对患者实施随访,对其术后的恢复状况进行观察,观察时间为7个月左右。结果所选患者的干耳时间大约在3-6周左右,其中手术成功的病患为24例,其成功率是85.7%,通过病患术前和术后的对比,所得到的成效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过该研究可知,对慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎患者实施完桥式鼓室成形术,所获得的治疗效果较为显著,同时也使得患者听力得到了相应的提高,在临床中具有一定的临床价值与推广价值。
Objective To investigate and analyze the treatment effect of in-tact bridge tympanoplasty in the treatment of chronic suppurative otomastoiditis. Methods The subjects were the 28 cases with chronic suppurative otomastoiditis admitted in our hospital in the recent three years. In-tact bridge tympanoplasty was given to the selected 28 patients and the therapeutic outcome was observed after the operation, and based on this, the patients were given a follow-up about 7 months for observing the status of recovery. Results The dry ear time of the selected patients was about 3-6 weeks. The surgeries of 24 patients were successful, the success rate was 85.7%. There was statistically significant difference in the status of the patients before and after treatment（P 0.05）, which showed that the therapeutic effect was remarkable. Conclusion This study shows that the therapeutic effect of in-tact bridge tympanoplasty on chronic suppurative otomastoiditis is significant, the hearing of the patients is improved, so in-tact bridge tympanoplasty has certain clinical and promotional value.
