摘要
本实验采用控制p H值的方法合成了超低分子量聚丙烯酸钠:以丙烯酸为单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,正十二硫醇为链转移剂,碳酸钠为p H控制剂,用红外对聚合产物表征说明得到了聚丙烯酸钠,粘度法测得聚丙烯酸钠的粘均相对分子质量为680左右,成功聚合了超低分子量聚丙烯酸钠。按国家标准(GB/T 16632—2008)对超低分子量聚丙烯酸钠的阻垢性能进行了测试,测试结果证实:随着超低分子量聚丙烯酸钠浓度增加,阻垢效果逐渐增加,当加入量1.00 g·L-1时,阻垢率达到95%。
In this experiment, use PH control method to synthesize the sodium polyacrylate of lower molecular weight, aerync as a monomer, potassium persulfate as the initiator, n-dodecyl mercaptan as chain transfer agent, Sodium carbonate as PH control agent, synthetic products were characterized by IR and the description was sodium polyacrylate, and the sodium polyacrylate viscosity measured by viscosity-average molecular weight of about 680, lower sodium polyacrylate successfully synthesized.
