摘要 目的了解公立医院人事制度的现状,为人事制度改革、构建和谐劳动关系提供一定的理论与实践依据。方法运用文献检索的方法,并分析公立医院的制度。结果公立医院在人事制度方面存在问题,需要进行改革,主要从管理体制,岗位设置、分配制度、社会保障等方面进行,在改革的同时需要加强对思想政治工作的强度,使医院人事制度改革顺利的进行。结论充分运用现代人力资源管理的方法,推动人事制度改革在公立医院进行,促进医院又好又快发展。 Objective To understand the current status of public hospital personnel system, to provide theoretical and practical basis for the reform of the personnel system, constructing the harmonious labor relations. Methods Using the method of literature retrieval, and analyze the public hospital system. Results The public hospital personnel system has many problems, it needs reform,mainly from the management system, post setting, distribution system, social security system and other aspects, during the reform we should strengthen the work of ideology and politics, to comprehensively and smoothly promote the work of hospital personnel system reform. Conclusion Make full use of the modern human resources management, promoting the reform of personnel system in public hospitals, and to promote sound and rapid development of hospital.
