摘要
焦作1999年创造性地提出由"黑色印象"到"绿色主题"的城市战略目标转型,由于得天时、地利、人和之便,在旅游发展上取得骄人业绩,被旅游界誉为"焦作现象"。在后"焦作现象"时期,焦作过分依赖云台山发展旅游的不利因素逐渐显现。后"焦作现象"时期,在继续大力推进云台山旅游发展的同时,可借助云台山积累的人气,充分依托焦作太极拳文化、"南水北调"水资源和城市旅游资源,全面提升太极拳文化旅游的内涵、档次和水平,充分体现太极拳文化的旅游价值和经济价值,深度挖掘怀药文化和瓷文化,推动焦作旅游全面可持续发展。
The city development strategy transition from “Black Impression” to “ Green Theme”wascreatively put forward by Jiaozuo city in 1999. Because of the convenience of all favorable conditions, remarkable achievements were obtained in tourism development, which was known as “JiaozuoPhenomenon” in tourism industry. In the Post “Jiaozuo Phenomenon” period, the adverse factor shows up gradually that Jiaozuo tourism development has been excessively dependent on Yuntai Mountain. While promoting tourism development of Yuntai Mountain vigorously as it used to, Jiaozuo city need fully rely on Tai-chi Chuan culture, water resources of South-North Water Diversion Project (SNWDP) and urban tourism resources, comprehensively enhance the connotation and level of Tai-chi Chuan culture, fully embody tourism value and economic value of Tai-chi Chuan culture, exploit Huai-Medicine and porcelain culture and promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of Jiaozuo tourism.
