摘要
目前,随着采煤机械化程度不断提高,和地质条件的变化,各大煤炭集团所产的毛煤、原煤质量逐渐变差,选煤厂作为煤炭洗选加工的主要生产单位,加强煤质管理、提高煤质管理水平,增加煤炭品种、提高煤炭质量等级势在必行。利用Excel强大的数据计算功能,数据曲线图表解决选煤厂煤炭化验数据整理工作量大、费时又容易出错的问题,煤炭化验工作效率明显提高,各项检测数据快速、准确、及时。
At present, with the improvement of coal mining mechanization the changed geological conditions, the quality of gross and raw coal produced by major coal group gradually deteriorated. As the main production unit of coal washing and dressing, coal preparation plant should strengthen coal quality management, improve coal quality management, and increase the variety of coal,improve coal quality and grade. Powerful data calculation of Excel and data curve chart were used to solve the workload, time-consuming and error-prone issues in coal test data collecting process in the coal preparation plant and all test data is fast,accurate, and timely.
