摘要
目的探讨护理教育干预对心力衰竭患者自我护理能力的影响。方法将心力衰竭患者随机分为干预组(56例)和对照组(51例)。对干预组进行护理教育干预,对照组未进行干预,时长为9个月,在第1个月和第8个月应用心力衰竭患者自护行为量表分别对两组患者进行测评。结果干预组患者自我护理维持、护理管理、护理信心得分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理教育干预能显著提高心力衰竭患者的自我护理能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing educational intervention on self - care behaviors of patients with heart failure. Method The heart failure patients were randomly allocated into the intervention group (56 participants) and the control group (51 participants ). The patients in the intervention group received nursing educational intervention for 9 months, and the patients in the control group received no intervention. All patients were investigated with the heart failure self- care scale at baseline, one month and eight months after intervention. Result the scores of self - care maintaining, self - care management and self - care confidence in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nursing education intervention can significantly improve the self - care of heart failure patients.
