摘要
黑木耳已经成为黑龙江省食用菌的主导产业,将保护地栽培模式科学引入寒地黑木耳产区,不仅可节省土地资源,规避"靠天"种植的风险,提高栽培质量、产量及效益,而且对提升黑龙江省寒地黑木耳产业的整体技术水平,实现优质、高效、稳产、高产的产业升级目标,由黑木耳产业大省向产业强省转变,具有重要的战略意义和应用前景。
This paper summarized the development practice of the leading industry of edible fungus of Heilongjiang province .Different levels the local government put equal weight between the industrial scale based regional economy of edible fungus and resolution of the problems regarding sustainable resource development .Researches are carried out on supplemental technologies of high quality and high benefit edible fungus cultivation to introduce protected land cultivation models of Auricularia auricula into cold areas.By these land resource saving and artificially regulated models , the overall technological level of Heilongjiang is promoted for realizing the industrial upgrading goals of high quality high benefit , steady yield and high yield .Therefore the technology has strategic significance and application prospects in building up a strong edible fungus industry in Heilongjiang province .
