不同粒径下飞灰与煤混燃特性实验研究

Experimental Study on Co-combustion Characteristics of Fly Ash and Coal with Different Particle Sizes

摘要 以神华煤及其飞灰为研究对象,利用热重分析对神华煤试样及3种不同掺灰粒径的混煤试样进行燃烧特性实验对比研究。通过分析热重曲线、微商热重曲线和差热曲线,得到不同试样的着火温度、最大燃烧速率及其对应温度、可燃性指数的变化规律。结果表明:当掺灰粒径变化时,试样的不同燃烧特性指标呈现完全不同的变化规律,具有相对较好的着火和燃烧性能的最佳掺灰粒径范围为180~230目。 The contrast research tests on ~ Shenhua coal and its fly ash, basing on making use of thermogravimetric analysis to study the combustion characteristic of the single sample of Shenhua coal and samples of blended coal ash of three different particle sizes. Through analyzing the TG, DTG and DTA to find the change rules of the ignition temperature and highest burning velocity and its corresponding temperature and combustible indexes of different samples The results shows that when the particle sizes changes, the differential combustion characteristic indexes of the sample shows completely different change rules, and when the best particle sizes ranges from 180-230 mesh, it possesses the better ignitability and combustibility.
