摘要
为了降低氮氧化物排放浓度,采用分级燃烧技术对贵溪电厂300 MW机组锅炉进行了低氮燃烧器改造。但改造后锅炉飞灰含碳量增加较多,造成锅炉效率下降。针对改造后的燃烧状况变化,通过优化调整试验找出了炉膛出口氧量、二次风配风方式、燃尽风控制方式、一次风速等对锅炉效率和NOx排放量的影响规律。依据研究结果,确定了该炉的最佳运行方案,使得该机组锅炉效率提高了0.8%,NOx的排放量下降了47%。
To reduce the concentration of Nox emission, adopting Staged combustion technique to Guixi Power Plant 300MW unit boiler by burners with low nitrogen retrofit. After the boiler low nitrogen retrofit,the fly ash carbon content of boiler increased considerably, resulting in decreased boiler efficiency. After retrofit for boiler combustion conditions change, by burning and Optimization test,finding out how the furnace outlet oxygen,secondary air distribution mode, the SOFA wind control mode and primary air velocity influence on the boiler efficiency and the NOx emissions. According to the study results, determine the optimum operation scheme, So that the efficiency of the boiler increased by 0.8%, NOx emissions decreased by 47%.
