摘要
提出一种基于MATLAB软件的电弧铣削信号的小波消噪分析方法,对受干扰背景下的检测信号进行消噪处理。比较了采用默认阈值消噪和软阈值消噪得到的不同效果的消噪信号,分析了电弧铣削过程规律,引弧时电压下降、电流上升、功率震荡,断弧时电压上升、电流保持较低、功率接近0。分析电弧铣削信号所得规律与电弧铣削理论相一致,证明了小波分析对电弧铣削信号消噪处理的有效性。
A wavelet analysis method based on MATLAB is proposed for signal denoising processing under the case of interfer- ence. The method is used to compare the different effects between default threshold denoising and soft threshold denoising, and a- nalysis the change of voltage, current and power during are processing. Denoising signal has been got and the analysis result is consistent with the theory of the arc processing. All of these prove the effectiveness of wavelet analysis for the are processing sig- nal denoising.
