摘要
目的 探讨春秋分穴位贴敷联合控制病情药对类风湿关节炎患者的临床疗效及护理方法.方法 选取辽宁中医药大学附属医院2012年9月～2013年10月门诊患者120例,随机分为治疗A组（40例）、治疗B组（40例）、对照组（40例）.治疗A组给予甲氨蝶呤＋穴位贴敷治疗,治疗B组给予甲氨蝶呤＋穴位贴敷治疗＋护理,对照组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗.观察治疗后临床效果、血沉（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）水平及DAS28评分.结果 三组治疗1个疗程后临床疗效、CRP、ESR水平及DAS28评分均较治疗前明显改善.治疗A组有效率为77％,治疗B组有效率为85％,对照组有效率为64％,三组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 春秋分穴位贴敷联合甲氨喋呤能有效治疗风湿关节炎,对患者贴敷过程进行护理,同时给予心理调护,能增加患者疗效.
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and nursing methods of vernal and autumnal equinox acupointapplication in combination with disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs（DMARDs） for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 120 outpatients who visited Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into three groups, including treatment group A（40 cases）,treatment group B（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）. Treatment group A was treated with Methotrexate and acupoint-application therapy; treatment group B was treated with therapy of group A plus nursing care; while control group was treated with Methotrexate only. Changes in clinical effect, CRP, ESR, DAS28 scores were observed. Results Patients of three groups were improved compared with before treatment in clinical effect, CRP, ESR, DAS28 scores after a course of treatment. Effective rate in the treatment group A, treatment group B and the control group was 74%,85% and64% respectively, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Vernal and autumnal equinox acupoint-application in combination with Methotrexate for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is effective, if given nursing care in the process of acupoint-application and psychological nursing can enhance the curative effect.
